A thank you to generous donors for brightening the holidays at Child Friendly Cov

As the festive season unfolded, Child Friendly Cov saw an outpouring of generosity from compassionate companies dedicated to making a difference in the lives of care leavers. 

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to these organisations whose contributions added warmth and joy to the Christmas period.

1. Aubrey Allen - Spreading Joy with Turkeys: - A special thank you to Aubrey Allen for their generous donation of turkeys. This thoughtful gesture not only provided food but also brought a sense of holiday cheer to care leavers.

2. Primark - Clothing the Spirit of Giving: We were grateful to Primark for their clothing donations, ensuring that care leavers had warm and stylish attire for the winter season.

3. Snow Dome - Making Memories at Reduced Prices: Our heartfelt thanks to Snow Dome for offering reduced prices for our memorable trip. Your contribution allowed care leavers to enjoy a special experience during the holidays, creating lasting memories that will be cherished for years to come.

4. Coombe Abbey - Embracing Winter's Magic: We extend our gratitude to Coombe Abbey for their support during the winter season. Your commitment to spreading warmth and joy has truly made a difference in the lives of care leavers, creating a festive atmosphere for all to enjoy.

5. Sky Blues in the Community - Providing Parking for the Snow Dome Trip: A sincere thank you to SBITC for providing a parking venue for our Snow Dome trip. Your support in logistics ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience for care leavers, adding an extra layer of convenience to their holiday festivities.

6. Three Spires Guildhall - A Magical Pantomime Experience: Our sincere appreciation to Three Spires Guildhall for their generous donation of 250 panto tickets for the Warwick University Pantomime who brought laughter and delight to young people,

7. Financial Ombudsman Service - Spreading Christmas Cheer with Gifts: A warm thank you to the Financial Ombudsman Service for their thoughtful Christmas gifts for care leavers. Your generosity brightened the festive season and brought smiles to the faces of care leavers.

8. ATM - Sharing with Vouchers: Our gratitude to ATM for their generous donation of £350 in Love to Shop vouchers. These vouchers, distributed in £25 denominations, allowed young people the freedom to choose gifts that brought them joy during the festive season.

The festive season at Child Friendly Cov was extra special, thanks to the support and generosity of Aubrey Allen, Primark, Snow Dome, Coombe, Sky Blues in the Community, Three Spires Guildhall, Financial Ombudsman Service, and ATM. 

Their contributions have made a real impact, creating moments of joy and comfort for young people and care leavers. We extend our deepest appreciation for the supporters commitment to making a positive difference in our community.
