Coventry One Big Voice Survey

Children and young people know what it is like to grow up in Coventry. They know what is working well, what could be better and what matters most to them.

The Coventry One Big Voice survey was designed to give children and young people across the city the opportunity to share their views and experiences - and to make sure those voices help shape the future of Coventry.

Schools across Coventry were invited to take part in the survey in late 2025. Two age-appropriate versions were created, with one for children in Years 4 and 6 and another for young people in Years 8 and 10.

The questions were broadly structured around the five Child Friendly Cov pledges, exploring what it is like to grow up in Coventry and how children and young people feel about areas including their opportunities, health, safety, relationships and sense of belonging.
